Call to Order and Prayer: Meeting called to order 4:08pm. The opening prayer was given by Jerod Odoms.

Minutes from January 25th: A proxy vote was made via text on January 27th, 2026 to read and accept the January Meeting Minutes. Angie made the motion to accept the Minutes, Janet 2nd, the motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Jim reports there is $1,154.12 available to spend. A donation and some team fees are coming in. There was some discussion of adding more line items to the Treasurer's Report for greater clarification. Angie made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report, Janet 2nd, the motion carried.
Communication Report: None
Fourth Day Report: Sarah reports that March's Secuelas will be at Weiser Christian Church on March 22nd. There will be no Secuela in April and the date time of May's Victory Secuela is to be determined by the Rector and Rectora.
Women’s Leader Report: Has 4 team applications
Men’s Leader Report: Has 3 Mens applications, will bring getting in applications up at the next team meeting
Rector Report: not present
Rectora Report: Kim has 27 team members
