Call to order by Jerod Odoms

Prayer – Given  by Pastor Cates

Minutes, additions/corrections and approval – Emailed out Don Crownover motioned to approve Minutes, Ron Hershey 2nded the motion and all members present approved.

Treasurer’s Report – Bob Steckley presented Treasurers report with a total deposits of $250.00. The deposits from Team and Candidate fees. Disbursements of $53.90. This was for renewal of website.  Making the ending balance of $4,104.96.Don Crownover motioned to accept, 2nded by Jean Hershey and all members present approved.

Old Business

1. 4th day position will be voted at February Secretariat meeting. Nominees are Jennifer Krehbiel and Mark Hershey. Position will start March 1, 2018
2. New Team Manuals are ready to be given out.
3. Hosting International conference: will continue to pray and communicate with the community.

 
 New Business

1.  Men’s weekend update:  Ron Hershey: Team heads are in place and moving forward. Have some men coming from Montana to work the weekend.  Have 13 workers and 4 candidates at this time.
2. Women’s weekend update: Teresa Waynetska: Going good. Have 11 workers and 3 candidates at this time. 
3. Cost of camp increase: The cost of the camp for the weekend has increased $7 per person for food. Will have to look at increasing cost next year for candidates and Team.
4. Weekend Budget: In the past it has been $500 for both Men’s and Women’s weekend. The money came from a donation. There was a donation for $500 to be earmarked for the weekend budget.
5. Annual report and censes if coming do. Jared Ordoms is filling it out.
6. International conference in Sugarland, Texas. The conference is March 9-11 Sarah Ordoms and Judy Barns are plan on attending. Discussion on how to help with expenses. It was decided that we would pay whatever was not raised, in t-shirt sales and donation from the Tres Dias community. The estimated cost is about $970 for the trip.  Motion was made by Chrystle Fuentes, 2nd by Adele Crownover, Don Crownover and Angela Meyer, all members present approved.
7. Nominations are open for women’s leader and communication. This will be announced at Sequela and communicated though email, and Facebook.
