Board members in attendance:
Jerod Odoms, Bob Steckley, Jean Hershey, Jennifer Krehbiel, Pastor Cates, Ron Hershey, Judy Barnes, Angie Meyer and Chrystle Fuentes
Board members not in attendance:  All Present

1. Call to order by Jerod Odoms
2. Prayer – Given  by Pastor Cates  
3. Minutes, additions/corrections and approval – Emailed out. Chrystle Fuentes motioned to approve Minutes, Judy Barnes 2nded the motion and all members present approved.  
4. Treasurer’s Report – Bob Steckley presented Treasurers report.  Total deposits of $2083.00. $900.00 team fee, $425.00 candidate fee, $500 contribution, $225 T-shirt sales and $33 Tres Dais book sales.  Payed out $567.21 for CCLI dues, Sarah Odoms trip to international , PUMC rent, and Living the for day. With all this our ending balance is $7189.32.  Jean Hershey motioned to accept, 2nded by Ron Hershey and all members present approved.

Old Business: 

1. Victory Sequela Dates: May 19th 2018, 2pm at Payette Methodist Church.
2. Budget: We are going to get through this weekend and then we are going to get a better budget in place.
3. Women’s weekend update:  At this there is 10 candidates. Are two workers short reaching to Norther California? Question was asked about a Spirit ail director If they could be placed at a table in the role room the answer is no.
4. Men’s weekend we update: At this time there 9 candidates. All talks and head positions are filled.  Prayer team is meeting couple of times a week.

 New Business:  

1. International Update: lots of good information from Judy and Sarah. Jane and Carl Colman is our Allyson for our area. This is the first year International is operating with a balanced budget.
2. Essentials training: Will be March 24 at 9am, at Payette Methodist Church. There will be a get together at Jarod and Sarah Ordoms home on Friday for the secretariat members and their Families at 7pm. Frank the president of International will be doing the training.
3. Sequela for March: Will be changed to March 24 after the essentials training. Motioned by Jean Hershey and seconded by Chystle Fuentes and all parties present agreed.
4. Tax report: Bob Steckely will get information to Peggy Phelps for 101c3 report.
5. Treasure Position term is up in July; Bob Steckely does not want to stay in this position.
6. President Vision for the future: we need to have bigger goals then just get through the weekends each year. Ideas are to hold 2 weekends a year, hold an international conference or plant a new community.
7. President needs input on division: Some people walk away unhappy. How to put out the fires before the division. The community needs to let the people in charge now the problems so they can try and fix the problem, before division starts.
8. Past Rector /Rectora reunion groups: Reunion group for past Rector and Rectora once a quarter.

 
Round Table Discussion:

1. We will be moving the Secretariat from the 20th of April to the 13th Chystle Fuentes motioned    and 2nd by Angie Meyer and present in agreement.
2. Please be praying for the weekends.
3. Welcome to Jennifer Krehbiel  to 4 day position
4. Talked about a Sequela in Aberdeen in the never future.
5. Pre-weekend c.ommittee needs some work. But for now Jared odoms will be collecting the money
