To Sum it up...

The Weekends have come and gone. All the preparation, prayers, crafts, many, many hands at work created a blessed and wonderfully successful Men & Women's #12 Weekends amidst a Winter Wonderland in McCall, Idaho.

God truly blessed our weekends and showed up in every little aspect. Lives were touched, hearts softened, tears shed, love found its way in. Hope was restored, fires were lit in lives that had been only simmering coals, or nearly out.

The Holy Spirit moved throughout the camp. Words were prayed and spoken from souls that yielded to the touch of the Holy Spirit. Plans were changed by the leaders who were lead in a different thread from where they had originally meant to take us, but now were being guided just where God wanted and needed them to go.

It's an amazing process this thing called a Tres Dias Weekend. Like nothing ever experienced elsewhere. Something that is really quite hard to relate to anyone who has never experienced it. Something that a person forever wants to pay forward and share with others once they have experienced it.

Time to start looking toward 2024 #13 Treasure Valley Tres Dias. It's never too early to start planning. :)

Upcoming get together: SECUELA!

If you missed the Victory Secuela back in May, no worries, there is another Secuela coming up on JUNE 25th!

We had over 60 people attend our Victory Secuela in May and what a wonderful time of sharing and remembering it was! We heard from every new Pescador about how much the weekend had touched them and made a difference to their 4th day! It was awesome and inspiring!

We also sang for a good 1/2 hour I think! :)
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!

Secretariat? The greatest racehorse ever!

Well, yes, and no, not in this case. What the Secretariat is to the Treasure Valley Tres Dias Community is this:

We guide the community of Treasure Valley Tres Dias and are responsible to you. We follow the "Essentials of Tres Dias" and are also responsible to the International Tres Dias.
The purpose and authority of the Secretariat is to plan for and guide the vision of the TVTD movement and to review and evaluate all activities related to the Tres Dias experience as outlined in the Duties and Responsibilities of officers and as follows:
1. Pre-weekend activities.
2. Weekend activities (the Three Days).
3. Post-weekend activities (Forth Day).
4. Continuing administrative activities not specifically related to the three phases of activities listed above.
We meet together once a month to keep ourselves and our community on track. ANYONE can attend these meetings, they are open to our whole community!

QUALIFICATIONS: All Secretariat members must hold the following qualifications:

Maintain a lifestyle commensurate with Biblical Leadership.
Demonstrate a record of support for the Tres Dias movement, i,e, attending Secuelas, participation in Forth Day group, attending weekend Closings, etc.
Have serves on at least two (2) teams, preferably in different positions.
Possess the skills required by the Secretariat position duties and responsibilities.
The Secretariat should be fairly represented by:

At least five (5) churches inclusive of at least four (4) different denominations or nondenominational churches.
No individual church should be represented by more than 25% of the positions of the Secretariat.
No group should be represented by more than 25% of the positions of the Secretariat.
