Secretariat Position: Treasurer

TREASURER

1. Maintains up-to-date record of all Tres Dias finances.
2. Maintains accounts receivable and accounts payable.
3. Signs checks and deposits funds as authorized by the Secretariat.
4. Receives and deposits Tres Dias funds in a timely manner.
5. Distributes monthly financial statements to all members of the Secretariat.
6. Submits financial records for review by the Secretariat or their designee for audit or for external auditor review by the Secretariat.
7. Provides reimbursement forms and tax-exempt number to those making Tres Dias related purchases.
8. Provides annual report to preparer of tax filing.
9. Participates in the overall guidance and planning of TVTD activities.

​QUALIFICATIONS:  All Secretariat members must hold the following qualifications:

1. Maintain a lifestyle commensurate with Biblical Leadership.
2. Demonstrate a record of support for the Tres Dias movement, i,e, attending Secuelas, participation in Forth Day group, attending weekend Closings, etc.
3. Have serves on at least two (2) teams, preferably in different positions.
4. Possess the skills required by the Secretariat position duties and responsibilities.
5. The Secretariat should be fairly represented by: 

ELIGIBILITY:  Any Pescadore active in the community and meeting the qualifications indicated above is eligible for nomination to the Secretariat.
